I wouldn't worry about it. I started to get gray when I was 17 and was completely white haired by the time I was 30. A lot of people really liked it and I wasn't about ready to dye it or anything so I have always more or less had white hair and i just don't let it bother me.

This has nothing to do with vitamins, or your lack there of them. This is purely genetic!! I began to get white hair at the age of fifteen. Both of my parents began to grey early as well. Not that I am 32, I have more grey than alot of my friends, but thankfully I have all of my hair, and am not receding or going bald like alot of them. Have no worries my friend, just because it is grey, it is not going to fall out, it continues to grow...just grey now!!
