It can if you leave it in too long. Don't do it though! It will ruin your hair!! Go to a salon and have it professionaly done with products that are actually meant for your hair rather then peroxide!
Does peroxide turn ure hair white?
When I was young I put a piece of my hair in a cup of peroxide for just a few minutes then it fell out. Not kidding. I dont think short exposure would do anything, but if you want white hair you should go by the right stuff
