It will turn orange.
But after 3 bleaches you should be fine.

I used to do it with a pre-lightener. It takes all of the colour out of your hair. You need to make sure you use the right one and leave it on for long enough or it'll end up orange.
The one I used was Jerome Russell B BLonde for medium to dark brown hair (my hair is kind of light brown but very thick and strong)
Of course you could do it the sensible way and get a hairdresser to do it.

It is the only way to not get it that horrible brassy yellow without nuking your hair

You need to have it done. If you have processed color in your hair than it will come out all different colors. I say get a full highlight. After doing this a few times your hair will be overall blond.
BTW that playboy bunny white hair looks terrible on most people, especially if you dont wear makeup all the time

hi you will need to bleach it, which will strip all the colour out
then apply a white toner or a toner of the colour you want
quite an easy procedure as long as you follow the instructions
