If you died it before from Light color to dark color your roots, AKA natural hair is comeing back ..so you need to dye your hair again

I have a cousin who is like that. His hair is naturally black but he's been getting white hairs as well since age fourteen. It's probably a fault with genetic or something. If you're really troubled go see a specialist. Otherwise, just dye it, that's what my cousin does.
