Hair grows form a follicle, like a root. You cannot create more follicles without chemical help.

Pulling them out, breaking them off, not creation.

Once they are white, they will not return to color, without Chemical intervention.

I'm not positive, but I have heard hair stylists say that you shouldn't pull Grey's or White's because they do grow more.

The answer is "no". What one can do to preserve all the hair instead of reducing the volume, just colour it, that's fine.Every white hair taken out reduces the number by 1....and, it never ends. That's not a solution to get rid of white hair. Just colour the whole lot .OK?

nope once its out its out %26amp; its gonna need to start to grow again too

Does breaking away white hair causes even more white hair to grow?

No... The color of a person's hair is determined by the amount and distribution of melanin in the cortex of each hair (the same melanin that's found in the epidermis). Hair becomes gray when people age because pigment no longer forms.
