How do i get rid of some nappy ish hair (im white)?

hey there, i have a buzzed hair cut, i am looking to grow it out alot, however the thing is... my hair is wierd... the front of my head has wavy-straight kinda hair, the back of my head has really straight hair, but both sides of my head has nappy hair. it feels like velcro or something. is there a way to get rid of this nappy hair before it starts to get long??? i am going to get my hair relaxed when its long enough but the nappyness doesnt look good when im in the process of growing it out lol. i am a 17 yr old white male.

first shampoo and condition your hair, then you want to get a round bristled hairbrush and blow your hair out after that flat iron it use some hair spray and that's it.

Moisturizing shampoo and conditioner then when finished put some Infusion and leave it in style the way you want when wet then let it dry. You can also get flattening iron same as above and completely straighten this way get the new ion kind and make sure it is very hot or it will not work well. I would not I repeat not put relaxer on it we already have dry brittle hair that drys it all the way out even to the scalp mine actually turned an orange color and I had it professional done she said my hair was so dry that it fried it took me 2 wigs and 1 year to get thru that I was a Senior in high school yuk!
